The four commitments

Solar energy

Nasser Palace runs largely on solar, cutting our footprint while keeping modern comfort intact. The camp uses sustainable energy systems for the same reason.

Local sourcing

Ingredients, building materials, crafts and services come from local farmers, artisans and suppliers, so the money stays in the region.

Water

Where feasible we apply responsible water management and recycling for irrigation. We also ask guests to be mindful during their stay.

Community

Most of our team is from here. Supporting the families and trades of the Merzouga area is part of how the camp operates, not a side project.
